Al Sarib Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. Was Formed In 2021 And The Company Began Crewing Activities From 2021. Today Al Sarib Ship Management Employs Seafarers For Various Vessels Such As Bulk Carriers, Cargo, Livestock Vessel, Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, Offshore Vessels, Containers, Heavy Lift Vessels, Gantry Vessels, Etc.
We employed 116 Seafarers In 2021 And Growing With Our Clients, In The Succeeding Year 2021, We Employed 221 Seafarers From India. Year 2022 Saw Steady Rise With Close To 320 Seafarers Being Employed.
In The Year 2022, Al Sarib Ship Management appointed Consultants At Chennai, Patna, Kolkata To Have A Direct Reach Among Our Seafarers. This Is In Addition to Core Business Being Conducted From Mumbai And Traditional Support From Our Branch Offices In Delhi And Chennai.
2022, We Have Implemented New Systems And Programs In Office To Share Real Time Accounts And Fleet Personnel Data With Our Owners And Vessels. We Have Signed MOU With Maritime Academy For Induction of Trainees

Sunil Patil Started Carrer In 1995 As A Junior Crew Executive After He Give Services For Various Shipping Companies. In That Shipping Companies And Various Kinds Of Ship Like Oil Tanker , Gas Tanker , Bulk Carrier And Offshore Ships And During His Services He Got Promoted And He Had A Various Kind Of Experiences In Shipping Operations. Now He is Working With Us As A Operation Manager
KARMUGHIL JAMES
Mr. James Started His Carrer As A Engine Cadet In 2001 And Was Sailing Till 2014 And He Strat Onshore Job As A Fleet Personal Executive and Rose To Fleet Mannager Having Good Experience As A Fleet Manager In Indian And UAE Shipping Companies. Now He Is Working With Us As A Fleet Mannager In Our UAE Office.

Mr. Hitesh Started His Carrer As A Deck Cadet In 2006 And Was Sailing Till 2018 And He Started Working Onshore In 2018 In Dubai Based Campany As A Superintendent And He Has Various Shipping Experience In A Operation Of Loading Unloading Cargo Handling Etc. And now He Is Working With Us
